We're hiring Production Line Workers in Bath! This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a food manufacturing company and build hands-on experience in a fast-paced production environment.What You'll Do As a Line Worker, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting with production tasks, including cleaning production equipment*
- Adhering to food safety and sanitation standards, reporting any concerns to management.*
- Maintaining cleanliness of your workspace and following safety procedures.*
- Moving and lifting products, sometimes up to 50 pounds.*
- Working in coolers and freezers as needed, in environments between 3538°F and up to -20°F.*
- Supporting team efforts to meet daily production targets with a positive attitude.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or food production setting is a plus.*
- Dependability and a strong work ethic.*
- Ability to follow detailed instructions, SOPs, and safety protocols.*
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.*
- Flexibility to work overtime if required.*
- Safety-minded approach and attention to sanitation procedures.*
- A team-oriented attitude and reliability.*
- Must wear appropriate PPE, including hair nets, lab coat, gloves, and close-toed non-slip shoes.
