Our client in SE Kansas is experiencing rapid growth, supplying essential engineered-to-order products to billion-dollar infrastructure projects and next-generation facilities. These positions play a vital role to keep operations and machinery in check to reduce downtime. Looking for 2nd Shift technicians (may have openings on 1st shift with the right experience).

Anticipated Salary: $17.60 - $27.85 per hour based on experience and level.
Benefits Include: Health Insurance, 401K, PTO/Vacation, Local gym membership
4/10-hour shifts for work-life balance; on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

Observe and listen to mechanical devices to identify issues.
Dismantle, examine, and repair defective parts.
Adjust, lubricate, clean, and test equipment.
Operate tools like welders and grinders for part repairs.
Repair electrical components and order necessary parts.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; no specific certifications required.
6 months in entry-level maintenance preferred (entry-level)
Ability to read prints/documents and write reports.
Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
Physical stamina for lifting, climbing, and working in industrial conditions.
