2nd Shift WelderJob DescriptionAdvance Services is seeking a 2nd Shift Welder for a company in Hastings. Employees will enjoy a safe work environment, safety and attendance incentives, and weekly pay!Duties include:
  • Perform MIG welding on a variety of metal components and assemblies.*
  • Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and welding specifications.*
  • Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.*
  • Inspect completed welds to ensure quality standards are met.*
  • Grind, clean, and prepare materials before and after welding.*
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.*
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies.*
  • Assist with other fabrication and production duties as needed.
