2nd Shift Operations Associate – Paid Training + Weekly Pay

• Shoreview, MN $18/hour• Full-Time Contract Opportunity• 2nd Shift | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM• 40 Hours Weekly

What You’ll Be Doing

Process, organize, sort, and prepare documents for operational workflows
Perform data entry and routine processing tasks with strong accuracy
Utilize operational equipment and systems to support daily production goals
Review information carefully to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met
Work within a structured team environment while managing individual responsibilities
Support general back-office and operational functions

What We’re Looking For

Previous operations, warehouse, administrative, production, banking, or data entry experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills and comfort navigating multiple systems
10-key/data entry experience is a plus
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Reliable, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset
