Now Hiring: Production Manager 2nd Shift | Direct Hire | Yankton, SDAdvance Services is seeking an experienced Production Manager for a Direct Hire opportunity with a leading global manufacturing company in Yankton, SD. If you have a strong background in manufacturing leadership and enjoy driving production, developing teams, and improving processes, this is an excellent opportunity to join a Fortune 250 company.Job Duties:
- Lead and manage the Assembly, Test, Service, and Shipping departments on 2nd shift.*
- Schedule production to meet customer demand while ensuring on-time delivery and production goals.*
- Coordinate with Production Control to resolve scheduling priorities.*
- Motivate, coach, and develop production teams to achieve performance goals.*
- Support Lean Manufacturing, ISO standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.*
- Maintain production data and MRP system accuracy.*
- Foster a positive work environment while supporting both hourly and salaried employees.*
- Drive operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree or 15+ years of related manufacturing experience.*
- Previous manufacturing leadership or production management experience.*
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.*
- Experience with manufacturing processes and production scheduling.*
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus.
