- Reading work instructions, production specifications, and blueprints
- Inspecting finished products with gauges and measuring tools
- Performing basic machine cleaning and preventative maintenance
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Supporting production goals while ensuring quality standards
- Lifting materials weighing up to 40 pounds throughout the shift
- High School Diploma or GED
- Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
- Ability to read work instructions and blueprints
- Basic math and measuring skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
