You'll work closely with the production team to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality throughout the process.What You'll DoAs a Production Laborer, you will be responsible for:

• Operating machinery to efficiently process corrugated cardboard according to specifications.*
• Adding color logos and accurately cutting sections of cardboard using metal dies.*
• Following detailed instructions to meet production standards and deadlines.*
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.*
• Supporting the team to optimize workflow and maintain safety and quality standards.*
• Learning new processes, equipment, and skills as you grow within the company.

What You'll BringThe ideal candidate will have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.*
• 6 months to 1 year of previous manufacturing or production experience.*
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.*
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure to 1/16th of an inch.*
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.*
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.*
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds safely.*
• A strong work ethic and dependable attendance.*
• A willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
