Now Hiring: Quality Lab Technician Red Oak, IA $17.00/hr+2nd Shift (MonFri, 3:00pm11:00pm)This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a company that values hard work, reliability, and safety as a Quality Lab Technician. Join our team! As a Quality Lab Technician, you will support daily operations by:
- Testing samples from presses/laminators, slitting machines, and raw materials and completing required lab testing (including adhesive mix ratio testing)*
- Communicating defects and test results to operators and following procedures for non-conforming material
- Entering results into the shop floor database, managing lab retains/retain rotation, and assisting with special testing as needed*
- Troubleshooting lab equipment, helping train new team members, and covering quality department time-off requests*
- Supporting GMP/SQF compliance, including timely completion of monthly GMP inspections
- Working overtime as business needs require and performing other duties as assigned
