Job Description
Responsibilities
- Evaluate conformance of components submitted for 1st Piece approval prior to releasing equipment for production.
- Perform inspection at the line for acceptance to product requirements
- Provide feedback to operators and equipment technicians on product acceptance or rejection
- Provide feedback to Production and Process Engineering regarding processing issues
- Other inspection duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Inspection of products requires use of microscopes and measurement tools.
- Position requires extended periods of walking and lifting 20lbs
- Basic electronic component identification such as resistors, capacitors, IC’s
- Familiar with inspection equipment such as microscopes, measurement tools
- Be detail oriented to ensure customer requirement have been met
- Ability to follow work instructions written in English
- Maintain proper documentation on traveler and electronic data entry
- Good communication skills
