What You'll Be Doing

• Supervise Quality Technician and Checkers
• Manage all aspects of rework
• Assist in internal and external audits
• Assist in mock recalls
• Perform quality projects as needed
• Audit daily records
• Train personnel on GMP, HACCP, and other Quality procedures
• Submit information to Management
• Other tasks as requested

What You Bring to the Table

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math and clear communication skills.
• Prior management experience preferred.

The Work Environment

Exposure to wet/humid conditions and extreme heat/cold. Some high noise levels and moving mechanical parts. Exposure to brine, bleach, and cleaning chemicals.

Must wear proper PPE such as bump cap, eye and ear protection, gloves, respirator to ensure your safety as well as protecting the quality of our products.

Strong communication skills are essential, as the role involves regular interaction with team members across departments.
