  • Installing and starting  equipment*
  • Monitoring and adjusting equipment to optimize processes*
  • Performing changes and pick gear adjustments*
  • Inspecting materials for quality throughout production*
  • Ensuring machinery and work areas are properly maintained and organized
What You’ll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred*
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills*
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail*
  • Ability to follow safety protocols and work around moving machinery*
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic*
  • Ability to distinguish color variations and identify quality concerns
