Job Title: Verification & Validation (V&V) Test Technician – Temp to Perm
Location: Manchester, NHOpenings: Multiple OpportunitiesPay Rate: $21–24/hr Depending on ExperienceShift: 2nd Shift – 2:30 PM – 11:00 PMDuration: 6-Month Temporary to Permanent
Position Summary
Our client is seeking Verification & Validation (V&V) Test Technicians to join a growing team supporting the development and testing of innovative medical technologies. This is a critical role where test results will be used to qualify products for regulatory approval and eventual manufacturing release.
The successful candidate will ensure test results accurately reflect test conditions and comply with FDA documentation requirements. Team members will also have opportunities to provide feedback that improves the accuracy, consistency, and repeatability of testing procedures.
How You Will Make an Impact
As a V&V Test Technician, your responsibilities will include:
• Executing detailed test procedures according to written instructions in a regulated environment.• Working closely within a testing team consisting of Test Managers, Shift Leads, Engineers, and Technicians.• Accurately documenting test results to support regulatory approval and manufacturing release.• Ensuring test results reflect true test conditions and meet FDA documentation standards.• Identifying, reporting, and escalating anomalies observed during testing.• Collaborating with engineering personnel to assist with troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives.• Providing feedback to improve the accuracy and repeatability of test procedures.• Operating and utilizing test equipment such as data loggers, scales, pressure gauges, and related lab/testing equipment.• Supporting projects involving advanced medical devices and healthcare technologies.
Job Requirements
• Education or training in a technical field required (Bachelor's Degree, Associate Degree, Vocational Education, Technical Certification, etc.).• Biology, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Medical Laboratory, or related technical backgrounds are highly preferred.• At least 1 year of experience in a Design QA, Manufacturing QA, laboratory, testing, or regulated environment preferred.• Medical device, biotech, pharmaceutical, healthcare, laboratory, or scientific testing experience is a strong plus.• Basic knowledge or hands-on experience using test equipment including data loggers, scales, pressure gauges, and related instrumentation.• Familiarity with executing test procedures written by others.• Strong computer skills including spreadsheets, software tools, and command-line instructions.• SQL experience or experience working with databases and data sets is preferred.• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.• Ability to lift 25–30 pounds as needed.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Flexibility to support occasional weekend work based on project timelines.
