What You'll Do:

Lead and supervise warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shippingEnsure error-free order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and compliance with safety regulationsMotivate and coach a team to meet productivity and performance goalsDrive continuous improvement in delivery and material handling processesManage maintenance of warehouse equipment, fleet, and facilitiesDevelop and uphold safety programs, adhering to OSHA and DOT regulations

What We're Looking For:

4+ years of logistics experience in a warehousing environment (1+ year of supervisory experience preferred)Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and safety complianceProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant logistics toolsExperience with Lean/Six Sigma and project management (a plus!)

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate based on the position requirements and market data. Actual compensation will depend on factors including experience, qualifications, skills, geographic location, and other job-related considerations. BlueLinx also offers a comprehensive benefits package including health care, dental, vision, life and disability insurance starting the first day of the month, 15 days of paid time off that start accruing your first day, and 8 paid holidays per year.
