Job Details

Oversee daily warehouse and distribution operations to ensure production and delivery targets are met on time and within budgetLead, coach, and develop team members through hands-on training and performance feedbackMust Have Metal Staging, Processing, and Packaging ExperienceConduct performance evaluations and manage employee relations, including disciplinary actions when necessaryCoordinate and assign work, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timelinessMaintain a strong focus on safety by training employees, monitoring conditions, and addressing hazards proactivelyCommunicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and customersComplete and document incident and accident reports in a timely mannerUtilize problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, 5 Whys, and continuous improvement practices to resolve operational issuesMaintain accurate records, reports, and administrative documentationSupport additional operational needs as directed by leadership

Qualifications

Required:

High school diploma or equivalent8+ years of Experience in Metal Fabrication or ManufacturingBasic computer skills and strong math and reading comprehensionExperience in warehouse operations including forklift operation, packing, and inventory handlingDemonstrated leadership or team-building experience (professional, military, or other settings)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsCommitment to maintaining a safe work environmentMust be authorized to work in the United States
