Big O Tires, The Team You Trust is looking to hire Tire Installers/Lube Techs

If you think you could be a good fit, Big O Tires may have the opportunity for you in one of our Phoenix, AZ locations! This is a full-time position (40+ hours/week). If you have tire/lube tech experience, committed to delivering the best service experience to our guests, we would like to talk with you.

As part of our BIG O Team, Tire/lube tech, will spend the majority of the day installing tires and performing vehicle oil changes and minor automotive service. This is a high-volume, fast-paced environment that requires the ability to multi-task while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. The position focus is on enhancing the customer experience, building loyalty, and maximizing sales

We are looking for someone willing to come to work everyday with a good attitude and willing to learn and grow with our company. We are looking to hire employees who want to grow with the company and possibly one day become sales associates or automotive technicians.

We have 2 locations across the West Valley, even if you are not looking to work at this location, you can submit your resume for consideration.

We are looking for someone that has a minimum or 3 years experience. We are looking for this person to be willing to move up and advance in our company.

Compensation: $800.00 - $1,000.00 per week

Most Big O Tires stores are individually owned and operated by franchisees, and each franchisee makes the staffing and hiring decisions for the individual location(s). However, the Big O franchisees are always looking for new faces with experience and desire to serve Big O Tires store customers.
