Wetzel's Pretzels New Store located at Macy's Sacramento- DOCO
Wetzel's Pretzels is looking to hire fun and outgoing individuals that help build positive sales through excellent customer service! We are searching for team-oriented individuals who are excited to work in a fast paced environment.
Position Requirements:
- 3 years of management related experience
- Food service/retail background preferred
- Full time availability
- Requires 40+ hours work per week
- Work at least two closing shifts and two of the three key days- Friday, Saturday, Sunday
- Reliable Transportation * Show up on Time.
- Available weekends and major holidays
Responsibilities Include:
- Communicate appropriately with fellow team members, treating others fairly and with respect. Respond positively to feedback and direction given.
- Hold themselves accountable for their responsibilities on their shift.
- Adhere to schedule and arrive ready to work on time.
- Operations Excellence for Guest Satisfaction- Hold guests as highest priority and ensure each guest is highly satisfied with his/her experience.
- Adhere to Brand standards and systems, delivering quality food and beverage to each guest.
- Complete schedules on a weekly basis
- Complete orders on a weekly basis
- Build a team of shift managers and team members
- Ensure all operational procedures are in place
- Train team member and shift managers
- Ensure cash handling and sanitation procedures are in place
- Furnish regular reports to the president
- Guest Focus
- Anticipate and understand guests needs and exceed their expectations.
- Passion for Results and setting compelling targets to deliver on commitments.
- Problem Solving and Decision Making — make good decisions based on analysis, experience and judgment.

Effectively execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives. Prepare all products following appropriate recipes and procedures. Follow all procedures related to cash, cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant safety and security. Comply with all restaurant, brand, and franchisee policies.
