Job Description: We are seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Technician with at least 7 years of experience in the field.

JOB SUMMARY

This position performs service, repair, and maintenance on HVAC systems in a residential and light commercial setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead and supervise a team of technicians.

JOB DUTIES

• Services, maintains, and repairs residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Determines general condition of HVAC systems, and can troubleshoot HVAC malfunctions and determine extent of necessary repairs
• Always maintains a neat work area and inspects that area for cleanliness after completion of each job
• Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving
• Wears floor savers while in the client's home
• Maintains company vehicle, ensuring that it is always clean on both the inside and the outside
• Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, furnaces, and ventilation systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with HVAC systems.
• Order parts and supplies as needed.
• Ensure that all work is performed to company and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed.
• Train and mentor other HVAC technicians.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have prior, successful experience as a Technician in the HVAC industry
• NATE certification preferred
• Must display strong communication skills and technical competence
• Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen
• Clean driving record
• At least 7 years of experience as an HVAC technician.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be certified in HVAC.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the job, including lifting and climbing.

Compensation:

• Competitive pay based on experience.
• Monthly stipend will be added to pay for those who meet certain qualifications. Those who carry an hvac qualifier and are willing to use qualifier with business.
