Job Description
615 Ventures is hiring a Janitorial Crew Member who is reliable and can communicate using a variety of methods and technology. You pride yourself on working efficiently and effectively. Your responsibilities include performing a variety of tasks to keep multiple office buildings in pristine condition.
Hours/Position Type:
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Monday through Friday
- 12pm - 8pm or 2pm - 10pm or 5am-2pm
- Responsibilities:
- Office and deep cleaning may include:
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
- Stock bathrooms and cleaning supplies
- Collect and dispose of waste
- Disinfecting high-touch surfaces
- Make minor repairs when necessary
- Possess the ability to work individually or as a team
- Computer and/or smart phone competent
- Tenant move-in and move-out cleaning
- All other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Understand tenant expectations and deliver above and beyond service for requests
- Consistency and punctuality is a must
- Prior experience cleaning
- Arrive in a timely manner every day
- Consistency and punctuality is a must
- Safely use hazardous chemicals and power equipment to prevent damage to the building and harm to self and others by following safety procedures
- Ability to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects (at least 25 pounds)
- Performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials
Additional Requirements:
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to speak English fluently
- 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
