Globe Life is looking to expand operations in New Mexico and surrounding states, and we are looking for motivated, driven, and intelligent people. Your starting income would range from 60,000 to 80,000, depending on how hard you work. No experience is needed, and we provide full training. We are looking for entry-level team members. Experience in customer service or training will be an advantage. Being comfortable giving presentations, in-person and virtual, will be an asset. Our Benefit Representatives meet with members of labor unions, credit unions, associations, and parent groups. You will review the family's existing benefits, explain additional benefits, and handle the enrollment.
A college degree is preferred. Associate degree, bachelor's degree, and master's degree candidates and graduates are encouraged to apply. We welcome all majors.

Several leadership development sessions occur with other participants from all company divisions, including New Zealand, Canada, and the United States.
