The primary job responsibilities of the Direct Support Professionals include:
- Providing direct support services to individuals, including supervision and skill development consistent with individual choices and outcomes
- Maintaining documentation requirements involving individual and/or program record-keeping
- Assist the Home Coordinators and/or Case Coordinators with case management responsibilities
- Monitor and supervise the individuals in self-administrating medications
- Performs various other duties as may be assigned

Direct Support Professional Minimum Experience
- 1 year of caregiving preferred
Direct Support Professional Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance
- Acceptable motor vehicle and criminal records report
- Reliable personal transportation
- Acceptable Pre-Employment Drug Screen
