Receptionist Front Desk Position in Dental Office in lower Manhattan (Chinatown) area. Part time and Full time position available. Job Details: Willing to train. Must be patient-oriented, friendly, and personable. The position involves greeting patients, making appointments, answering phones, collecting payments, discussing treatment with patients and doctors, and understanding insurance and date entry. Hardworking, proficient in typing, proficient in the use of the internet. Must show proficient skills in customer service. Able to Speak Chinese PREFERRED (Mandarin, Cantonese).
