We’re looking for a Compliance Specialist to ensure our team stays sharp, compliant, and on top of their game! Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor all inbound/outbound customer calls to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Spot red flags and escalate them to management for immediate follow-up and correction.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and industry-specific regulations, staying informed of updates.
- Document call evaluations, compliance concerns, and resolutions for audits and reporting.
- Collaborate with legal and management teams to address compliance risks and improve processes.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the precious metals industry a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to be concise in all communications.
- Diligent follow-up skills for effective resolution to all tasks.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
