Qualifications:• 10+ years teaching with proven academic leadership and exceptional student outcomes• Private family experience required - extensive background as nanny, governess, or private educator• Homeschool community experience with collaborative learning networks• Master's in Education, Child Development, or academic specialty with distinction• Montessori certification (AMI or AMS) with rigorous academic application• IB training (PYP certification) with international standards expertise• Background in curriculum design, program development, and academic direction• Principled, emotional stability, professional wisdom• Heart-centered approach- Tech-forward yet grounded- AI enthusiast and educational technology geek who remains humble and connected to nature
