Are you an licensed high performing Journeyman with the State of Connecticut holding a D2, B2 or S2 license? Do you have Aero Seal experience? Duct Cleaning experience? Install experience? JOB SUMMARY

This position performs service, repair, installation and maintenance on HVAC systems in a residential and occasionally light commercial setting.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

  • Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
  • Perform system evaluations and explain solutions clearly to homeowners
  • Use a structured process that helps you succeed (not scripts that make you sound robotic)
  • Deliver a professional experience that builds trust-and repeat business

What We're Looking For

  • HVAC experience (service preferred)
  • Strong communication skills (this is a big one)
  • Pride in your work and how you show up
  • Reliable, coachable, and team-oriented
  • Someone who wants to grow-not just punch a clock
  • MUST posses a Connecticut B, D, or S license.
