Your starting income would range from 65,000 to 80,000, depending on how hard you work. We are looking for mid-level and entry-level candidates. Experience in customer service or training will be an advantage. Our Benefit Representatives meet with members of labor unions, credit unions, associations, and parent groups. You will review the family's existing benefits, explain additional benefits, and handle the enrollment. Many of our family plans focus on income replacement, mortgage coverage, and college savings coverage in the event of a tragedy.
We have a wide range of training programs, both internal and external. We pride ourselves on training and mentoring team members throughout their careers. Several of our leadership development sessions involve participants from all company divisions, including New Zealand, Canada, and the United States.
