Job Description
Introduction:
We are opening a brand new Zaxby's at 1960 Hwy 101 Greer, SC, and we want YOU to join our team! We are seeking a friendly and reliable Cashier to provide excellent service to our customers. The Cashier will be responsible for processing transactions, handling cash and credit card payments, and providing a high level of customer service. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Training for the position will be completed at 6177 Highway 221, Roebuck Zaxby's, until the new building is complete.
Responsibilities:
Process transactions, including handling cash and credit card payments accurately
Provide excellent customer service, including answering questions and assisting customers with their purchases
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Friendly, honest and reliable
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills-counting change back
