Position Summary: Fellowship trained Sports Medicine physician wanted to join a busy practice.

Essential Job Functions: Run an effective clinic, perform specialized MSK procedures, demonstrate excellent bedside manner.

Qualifications:- Completion of a Sports Medicine fellowship- Board eligible or board certified- Current Utah State Physician license and DEA certificate- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Demonstrated leadership qualities, success working individually and as part of a team

Hours: Monday- Friday
