Job Description

Now Hiring: Full & Part-Time Pet Waste Management Technicians (Morris County & Beyond!)“Yes, it’s a real job. And yes, it’s kind of awesome.”

DoodyCalls is growing, and we’re on the hunt for reliable, hard-working people who don’t mind getting their paws dirty (metaphorically, of course). We remove dog waste from residential and commercial properties — and we do it with professionalism, a sense of humor, and a big love for dogs.

Daily Details:

  • 35–38 hours/week full-time (occasional OT)
  • 20 hours/week part-time (3 days)
  • Start time: 7:00 AM
  • Route-based work: Drive ~60+ miles/day
  • Walk 2–3 miles/day
  • Clean 20–25 properties per day
  • Lift 35–65 lbs multiple times/day
  • Work in all weather conditions: rain, snow, heat, wind
  • Pay: $17/hour to start (Training pay: $16/hour)

Requirements

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has a valid driver’s license with no points and 3+ years of driving experience
  • Is legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Can speak and understand English fluently
  • Owns a smartphone with reliable data for GPS navigation and app use
  • Has no fear of dogs or highways
  • Is reliable, punctual, and can follow GPS directions
  • Likes to work independently, walk a lot, and be outdoors in all weather
  • Is okay with seasonal or long-term work
  • Can handle dirty work with a great attitude
  • Is physically capable of lifting 35–65 lbs multiple times/day
