Job Description
3rd Shift Production Technician – Essex Junction, VT
Full-Time | 12-Hour Nights | $21.63–$24/hr
Join a fast-paced production team where safety, quality, and continuous improvement drive everything we do. In this role, you’ll operate high-speed equipment, support daily production tasks, and help keep our manufacturing process running smoothly.
Schedule
Night Shifts (6:00 PM–6:15 AM)
- N1:Mon–Wed+ every other Thurs
- N2:Fri–Sun+ every other Thurs
- Overtime and holiday shifts may be required.
What You’ll Do
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production machinery
- Support production tasks, data entry, and standard work
- Participate in problem-solving and improvement initiatives
- Recommend ideas to improve productivity and quality
- Support SQF, GMP, QDS, and HACCP standards
What You Bring
- Ability to learn mechanical processes quickly
- Manufacturing or mechanical experience is a plus, not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic computer and math skills
- Self-motivated, proactive approach
Physical Requirements
- Lift 35 lbs regularly, 50 lbs occasionally
- Stand, bend, stretch, and move throughout the shift
- Frequent kneeling, squatting, climbing, twisting, overhead reaching
- Work in varying temperatures and humidity levels
