Job Details

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills (HAAS, Mazak) to machine aluminum components to tight tolerancesRead, interpret, and work from blueprints, sketches, and work ordersEdit and write G-Code programs as needed to ensure dimensional accuracy and qualityUse precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and surface finishesPerform machine adjustments, tool changes, and basic maintenanceSupport production by troubleshooting tooling and part quality issuesCollaborate with supervisors and engineers to improve machining efficiencyMaintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all company safety policies

Qualifications

3+ years of CNC machining experience in a high-volume manufacturing environmentProficiency with HAAS and/or Mazak controlsExperience editing or writing G-Code programsFamiliarity with Mastercam or similar CAM software preferredStrong understanding of machining aluminum componentsAbility to work independently and within a small team (2–3 machinists per shift)
