- Operating and monitoring loom machinery to maintain consistent production*
- Feeding materials into equipment and moving materials as needed*
- Monitoring product quality and following established production standards*
- Recording detailed production data and completing shift paperwork*
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout your shift
- High School Diploma or GED*
- Ability to lift up to 125 lbs. with assistance*
- Strong attention to safety and quality standards*
- Reliability, punctuality, and mechanical aptitude (preferred)
