Metal Plating 3rd Shift Machine Operator — Urgently hiring in Auburn! Job Title: 3rd Shift Machine Operator (Plating) Pay: $21.82 per hour Hours: Monday–Friday, 10:30pm–6:30am Start Date: ASAP Looking for a lifestyle/career benefit? You'll work closely with manager, department, or team to deliver results that make a difference.What You'll Do As a 3rd Shift Machine Operator (Plating), you will be responsible for
  • Set up, operate, and tend plating/coating machines to ensure proper application on metal parts.*
  • Inspect finished parts for defects such as uneven coverage, air bubbles, or surface imperfections.*
  • Measure electroplating thickness using micrometers and other measuring tools to meet specifications.*
  • Adjust machine controls (temperature, processing, and speed) to maintain quality standards.*
  • Perform basic maintenance on tanks, filtration systems, and plating equipment to keep production running smoothly.

  • High School Diploma or GED.*
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly for safety and operational requirements.*
  • Comfort working around chemicals or hazardous materials in a manufacturing environment.*
  • Strong attention to detail, reliable attendance, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
