3Rd Shift Sanitor

Shift: 10:00 PM-6:30 AM

Hourly Rate: $20.47 an hour + $0.75 shift differential

Job Summary

Functions of this position include: Clean, maintain and sanitize production tools, equipment and machinery and the area around production lines, promptly according to set schedule and in priority or emergency situations observing all safety regulations ensuring GMP and quality standards are met and maintained. You will report to a Sanitation Supervisor. You will work on-site, located in Macon, MO.

Position Responsibilities

• Obtain work schedule and daily production paperwork and prepare for operations.
• Ensure all necessary tools, equipment, cleaning supplies and materials are available.
• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment and check on equipment to be used in the daily operations and insure that all safety devices are functioning properly.
• Perform lock -out tag out procedures.
• Collect waste and other material and dispose of.
• Pull, scraping, shoveling and dumping.
• Chemical usage required.
• Cleaning of equipment and work areas and use of high-pressure water hoses.
• Perform general housekeeping tasks.

Qualifications

• Prefer at least one year of manufacturing employment in work history.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Background screen required.
• Post offer drug screen required.
• To work any shift or work week.
• Overtime availability is based on our needs.
