Join Our Team as a Travel Registered Nurse – Telemetry (Days Shift) Hourly Rate: $58.96Are you a dedicated RN seeking an exciting travel opportunity in a dynamic cardiac and telemetry setting? This full-time travel position offers day shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM, providing the perfect balance of professional growth and personal fulfillment.In this critical role, you will deliver expert nursing care to cardiac and telemetry patients, ensuring their safety and well-being through independent clinical practice, compassionate patient interactions, and effective teamwork. Your contributions will support positive patient outcomes while expanding your professional skill set in a reputable healthcare environment.Required Skills:

• Valid RN license in the state of employment or compact license
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
• ACLS certification from AHA
• At least 1 year of relevant nursing experience preferred
• Strong assessment, planning, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and delegate appropriately
• Excellent communication and cultural competency skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Previous experience in cardiac or telemetry units
• Familiarity with patient education and medication administration protocols

Preferred Education and Experience:

• BSN preferred, with at least 1 year of experience in a related specialty
• Proven ability to manage complex patient cases and adapt to rapidly changing situations

Other Requirements:

• Must attend New Nurses Orientation within 30 days of hire
• Successful completion of onboarding and competency assessments, including MedSurg-specific training
• Weekend commitment: Every other weekend
• No on-call requirements
• Ability to work within nurse/patient ratios of 5:1 to 6:1 depending on staffing levels
• Certification renewals and competency validations required annually
