What Youll Do

Provide nursing care using the assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation process.
Deliver routine and complex care for assigned Medical-Surgical patients.
Administer medications and treatments according to appropriate protocols.
Monitor patients for treatment effectiveness and potential side effects.
Document patient histories, symptoms, medications, and care provided.
Educate patients, families, and caregivers based on identified learning needs.
Make appropriate assignments and delegate tasks to support safe, effective patient care.

What You NeedRequired

Active RN license in the state of employment or compact license
BLS certification through the American Heart Association
Willingness to float as needed
Availability for night shifts and every-other-weekend scheduling

Preferred

1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty
Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree
