Your clinical expertise, independence, and compassionate approach will ensure patients receive tailored, safe, and effective treatments around the clock. This role offers the chance to enhance your skills, experience new environments, and work with advanced protocols, all while enjoying a flexible and rewarding night-shift schedule.Required Skills

• Valid RN license in the state of employment or a compact license
• BLS (American Heart Association) certification
• ACLS (American Heart Association) certification
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related nursing specialty preferred
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing patient needs
• Strong documentation and communication skills

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience in cardiac or telemetry nursing settings
• Knowledge of advanced cardiac life support protocols
• Previous travel or float nurse experience
• Ability to educate patients and families effectively

Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• At least 1 year of professional nursing experience in a cardiac or telemetry environment
• Prior experience in a fast-paced acute care setting highly valued

Other Requirements

• Must attend New Nurses Orientation within the first 30 days of hire
• Ability to work every other weekend; no on-call required
• Floating to different locations may be required depending on staffing needs
• Potential for temp-to-perm employment based on performance and staffing needs
