• Deliver comprehensive telemetry nursing care to patients with cardiac conditions.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care in a fast-paced setting.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Administer medications, monitor treatments, and respond swiftly to changes in patient status.
• Educate patients and their families, addressing psychological, emotional, and social needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all safety and clinical protocols.

Required Skills:

• Active RN license in your state of employment or a valid compact license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA are mandatory.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in telemetry or cardiac nursing.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize patient care effectively.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous travel nursing experience.
• Additional certifications such as PCI or TNCC.
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations.
• Experience with EHR systems and documentation protocols.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) highly preferred.
• At least one year of experience in telemetry or cardiac units.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex patient cases with confidence.

Other Requirements:

• Must have current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Clear background check and compliance with hospital policies.
• Willingness to travel and adapt to different hospital environments.
• Availability to work 7AM – 7PM weekdays, with every other weekend commitment.
