Join Our Team as a Travel RN Medical/Surgical Night Shift and Make a Difference!Are you an experienced Registered Nurse looking to expand your horizons and provide exceptional patient care across diverse clinical settings? We are seeking dedicated and skilled Travel RNs to join our dynamic team, working the essential overnight shift (7 PM - 7 AM). Valid RN License in the state of employment or a compact license
BLS certification
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical/surgical setting
Strong assessment, critical thinking, and delegation skills
Ability to work independently and demonstrate clinical competence
Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence to address diverse patient needs

Nice to Have:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred)
Experience with complex patient cases or in diverse hospital units
Additional certifications such as ACLS or PALS

Preferred Education & Experience:

BSN degree is preferred but not required
At least 1 year of relevant nursing experience in a similar setting is highly desirable

Additional Requirements:

Ability to work every other weekend
Flexibility for on-call duties if flexed off
No floating requirements; assignments are in designated locations
Nurse-to-patient ratio of 6:1
Willingness to adhere to all hospital and organizational protocols
