Butler Hospitality is now offering food and beverages at our food trucks located in Miami Beach! We are hiring full time Crew Team Members for our Muscle Beach and Lummus Park locations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enthusiastically welcome guests to our nourishing food trailer & wish them well as they depart
- Ability to answer all guest questions about our brand & our product
- Communicate product changes or unavailable items to guests, offering alternatives when possible
- Assist in receiving & restocking product upon arrival, including inspecting for quality & expiration dates
- Comply with local sanitation laws & practices; take pride in how food is handled, produced, & stored
- Take orders from guests, accurately ringing in & charging for all menu items
- Set up, maintain, & break down workstations according to company & health department standards
- Follow all recipes & procedures without any deviation, preparing all orders quickly & accurately
- Own guest satisfaction, ensuring nobody leaves unhappy or unsatisfied
- Handle customer complaints & feedback in a polite, professional manager
- Reports for every shift on time & follows all scheduled breaks & out times, as business needs dictate
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50#
- Must be able to read & speak fluent English
- Must be able to perform all functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- Knowledge of The Big 8 Food Allergies; prevent cross contamination & ensure safety at every step
- Knowledge of local health rules & regulations
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques & equipment operation
- Customer service and/or food service experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
