Now Hiring: Afterschool Hours COTA (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant)Location: Texarkana Therapy Center | Texarkana, TXSchedule: Part-Time | Afterschool Hours (Approximately 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM, Monday–Thursday)

Texarkana Therapy Center is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our dynamic team during afterschool hours.

What You’ll Do:

Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to pediatric clients in a fun, engaging, and functional environment.
Collaborate closely with supervising OTs to implement customized treatment plans.
Document sessions in compliance with professional standards and clinic policies.
Communicate progress and goals with families and caregivers.
Help children meet developmental milestones and achieve greater independence.

What We’re Looking For:

Licensed COTA in the state of Texas (required).
Pediatric experience preferred (new grads welcome with strong pediatric clinicals).
Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
A heart for children and a passion for therapy that makes a difference.
