Job Description
Lead our Residential Service & Retrofit Department at Comfort System's of Montana in Bozeman, MT as we continue to expand into the residential HVAC space, a unique opportunity to be at the beginning for something special!

The Opportunity: We're seeking an experienced residential technician to join our tenured, tight knit team and to add value to the development and expansion of our Residential Service and Retrofit department. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of a new venture within a well-established company. Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential HVAC service and retrofit.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of industry best practices.
- Commitment to excellence, integrity, and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of technicians.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
