Job Description

AlphaHire is working on behalf of a client in the PR industry who is seeking Senior Account Executives with at least 5 years of PR experience, either agency-side or in-house. Candidate should be a media-savvy storyteller with a passion for the craft of communications.

They should understand how to build relationships, shape narratives, and drive results. If you’re ready to take your PR career to the next level with a high-growth team, this could be the opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Media Relations

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key media and influencers

  • Craft compelling storylines that align with client goals

  • Secure high-impact media placements across accounts

  • Monitor industry trends and proactively pitch relevant ideas

  • Writing & Content Development

  • Write press releases, media pitches, Q&As, and contributed articles

  • Develop award submissions, bios, briefing books, fact sheets, etc.

  • Ensure all client-facing communication is clear, timely, and polished


Client Management

  • Act as a trusted advisor for clients across multiple accounts

  • Lead media briefings and provide strategic counsel

  • Manage weekly reporting and keep clients informed of campaign progress

  • Contribute to creative campaign ideas and long-term client success


What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in PR (agency or in-house)

  • Strong grasp of media landscape and digital trends

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proven ability to deliver results and drive client satisfaction

  • Highly organized, proactive, and collaborative team player
