Launch your sales career with Steadily! We're hiring motivated Sales Agents to join our growing team in the Kansas City area. No insurance license required - we'll pay for your training and licensing so you can hit the ground running.

Your Background
Experience: 2+ years in a customer facing role (insurance experience a plus, but not required).
Tech-Savvy: Strong computer skills, ability to adapt to new tools quickly.

Self-Starter: Takes initiative and thrives under accountability.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: Top agents earn $200,000+
$80,000 - $175,000 total compensation with no cap on commission earning. Includes a higher than industry standard base salary of 60k.
