Job Title: Salesforce Support Specialist location: kadapa, andhra pradesh, india Job Description: We are looking for a Salesforce Support Specialist to join our team in Austin, TX, USA. As a key member of our Salesforce team, you will provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient use of the Salesforce platform. Key Responsibilities:- Provide daily support and troubleshooting for Salesforce users across departments- Monitor and respond to support tickets related to Salesforce functionality and data issues- Identify root causes of issues and implement long-term solutions- Perform user account maintenance including profile, roles, and permissions- Assist in testing and validating Salesforce enhancements, updates, and new features- Document support issues, resolutions, and best practices- Train and support users on Salesforce tools and processes- Collaborate with Salesforce admins and developers for escalation and system improvement Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field- 2-4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce administration or support- Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) certification preferred- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, standard objects, reports, dashboards, and workflow- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow) Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud- Knowledge of basic SOQL queries- Familiarity with integrations and third-party Salesforce apps- Basic understanding of Apex or Lightning components is a plus Benefits:- Competitive salary- Health, dental, and vision insurance- Paid time off and holidays- Remote work flexibility- Career advancement and certification reimbursement Join us and help optimize Salesforce for a better user experience!
