Position Overview

Our construction team plays a critical role in delivering high-quality commercial refrigeration installations from blueprint to completion. Whether you are learning the trade, leading a crew in the field, or managing multiple projects, you'll be part of a team focused on safety, efficiency, and excellence.

These are field-first roles where teamwork, accountability, and attention to detail matter. We're looking for individuals who take pride in their work and contribute to a culture of professionalism and performance.

Key Responsibilities (Role-Dependent)

Depending on your experience level and position, responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with or leading refrigeration installation projects

• Reading and executing blueprints and construction drawings

• Building walk-ins and reach-ins

• Running line sets, brazing, and performing electrical connections

• Coordinating manpower, materials, and equipment

• Managing project timelines and schedules

• Monitoring job costs and material usage

• Conducting and participating in job site and department meetings

• Maintaining job site safety and enforcing PPE protocols

• Performing quality control checks to ensure company standards are met

• Training and mentoring team members

What We're Looking For

• Experience in commercial HVAC/R systems (varies by position)

• Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset

• Ability to adapt in fast-paced, evolving environments

• Leadership skills (Foreman & Project Manager roles)

• Commitment to safety and quality craftsmanship
