RN - IVF Coordinator

Indiana Fertility Institute (IFI) is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) - IVF Coordinator. We seek to fill this role with a nurse who will provide excellent and compassionate clinical patient care based upon the nursing process; being effectively involved with maintaining the standard of care for assigned patients through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.

We are offering a $5000 Sign on bonus for this position!

HOURS: Days; Monday through Friday until fully trained, then may go to 4 - 10s with day off TBD. Weekend and holiday rotation required.

What you'll be doing:

• Communicate with patients about medications, treatment plans, and test results.
• Assist in ovulation induction, egg freezing, sperm analysis, IVF, and egg donation.
• Perform exams, procedures, occasional phlebotomy, and administer medications.
• Educate patients on treatment protocols and infertility procedures.
• Act as a liaison between the physician and the patient.
• Support retrievals, transfers, and pre/post-operative care.
• Accurately relay lab results and maintain patient records.
• Coordinate case management and schedule treatments.
• Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and families.
• Ensure regular attendance and handle additional duties as assigned.

To do this effectively, you'll need the following:

• HS diploma or GED, required.
• Valid state license; board certified RN required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certificate.
• Prior experience in IVF preferred.
• 2 years surgical experience preferred (pre-op, circulation, PACU)

Weekend and holiday rotation is required.
