Grace Air Conditioning and Heating has been in business for over 10 years. Owners Kevin Lugar and Chris Peyton are Florida natives and live locally. Most of our employees and Florida natives as well. Both have been in the business for over 25 years. We are a family owned business that cares about its employees. We are also a learning company. By that I mean, we like to educate our employees and customers so they can make the right decision for their families and homes. We strive hard to make sure our employees are happy and enjoy coming to work.

Responsibilities

Install HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, furnaces, and heat pumps. Pool heaters
Ability to Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with HVAC systems a plus.
Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including parts used, labor hours, and customer information.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines. Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 1 year experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
Valid HVAC certification and/or license.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
