• Current BLS certification from AHA
• Certified Surgical Technologist credential or LVN/LPN license
• Proven ability to scrub in multiple specialty areas such as Transplants, Cardiac, Urology, Neuro, Robotics, or other complex surgeries
• Strong understanding of aseptic techniques and sterile field maintenance
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to transport patients and assist during various phases of surgery
• Knowledge of instrument handling, specimen care, and OR setup protocols

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working in high-acuity surgical environments
• Proficiency with hospital electronic medical records
• Additional certification in specialized surgical procedures
• Ability to float across different departments as needed

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Completion of accredited Surgical Technology program or LVN/LPN training
• Minimum of 2 years of surgical support experience, with preferred exposure to complex or specialized surgeries

Other Requirements:

• Valid BLS certification
• Active licensure as a Certified Surgical Technologist or LVN/LPN
• Willingness to travel, with flexible scheduling including 1-2 weekend call shifts and nightly on-call duties
• Ability to float to various departments and locations as needed
• Work schedule: 5 days/week, 8-hour days, starting ASAP on 05/25/2026
• Hourly pay rate: $38.86
