Job Description
Job Title: 51101 - Travel: RN - Critical Care-NIGHTSOverview: Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Travel RN in Critical Care during night shifts and make a meaningful difference in patients' lives. - Current RN license in New Mexico or a Compact state license
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications through AHA
- Proficiency in assessing and managing critically ill patients
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Ability to perform point-of-care testing and develop individualized care plans
- Knowledge of Epic EMR or similar electronic medical systems
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-changing environment
- Experience with multi-disciplinary teams in critical care settings
- Prior travel nursing experience
- Advanced certifications or specialized training in critical care or trauma nursing
- Bilingual abilities to enhance patient communication
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Minimum 2 years of critical care nursing experience, ideally in a hospital setting
- Previous experience working night shifts and in diverse clinical environments
- Ability to work night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM
- Willingness to travel and support assignments in various locations
- Valid licensure and certifications as specified
- Commitment to maintaining safety, professionalism, and continuing education
