We are looking for dedicated, clinical professionals to provide exceptional emergency care during nights, ensuring safety and high-quality patient outcomes. • Valid New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from the American Heart Association
• TNCC or ATCN certification
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse patient populations
• Knowledge of emergency care protocols and patient safety standards
• Strong clinical judgment in fast-paced situations
• Physical ability to handle emergency/crisis scenarios, including extensive standing, walking, and patient transfers

Nice to Have Skills:

• Certification in CPI or equivalent
• Experience working in a trauma or emergency department
• Ability to float between units as needed
• Prior travel nursing experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Previous emergency room experience preferred
• At least 1 year of recent RN clinical practice

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work every other weekend
• Voluntary on-call duties
• Flexibility to float to different departments when necessary
• Ability to handle high-stress situations and adhere to infection control standards
• Must be able to pass all health and background screenings
